ABOUT SHAUNTE' PROCTOR
I was born in "the City of Brothery Love" Philadelphia,  Pennsylvania and raised in the suburbs right oustide of the city.  In the summer of 2000, I accomplished my life long dream of becoming a Realtor.  I attended Schlicher & Kratz Real Estate Institute.  In August 2000 I took my exam.  Thus began my journey in this wonderful world of real estate where I have consistently grown and expanded my knowledge and expertise.
 

I joined Keller Williams Realty in December of 2005.  This was one of the best decisions I've ever made!  Keller Williams has such a strong value - God, Family then Business - values that truly mirror my own.  The Keller Williams belief system are the standards and practices that I embrace wholeheartedly.

Prior to entering the challenging and exciting realm of Real Estate, I sold life insurance with over 19 years of customer care and relationship building experience.  My real estate career is a natural progression of my prior career.  That's why I feel so strongly that I can provide you with optimum service whether you are buying or selling a home.  I am licensed in both Pennsylvania and Delaware.  I also have a CSP (Certified New Home Sales Professional)designation.  I attend weekly Keller Williams training sessions which help me provide exceptional service for you!  In addition, I enjoy teaching at first time home buyer workshops as well as sharing my experience and real estate expertise with newer agents.
